We have assembled and fine-tuned the Little Focer V3.1 controller for you.

The Little Focer is neatly housed within an aluminum enclosure by Floatboxx. We have carefully connected all the battery connectors using a custom cable harness. We also put the motor, footpad, and hall sensors connectors, making it as close as possible to a true plug-and-play controller box.

The Floatboxx aluminum box offers several advantages over other types of boxes:

Sturdiness: It is highly durable and doesn't break easily, even under heavy use.
The welded aluminum construction ensures robustness.
The lid and rail mounting feature stainless steel inserts, enhancing durability.
Practicality: The VESC can be securely mounted on the bottom using M3 threaded studs.
It provides additional space for components like buzzers, BMS, rESCue, and extra Li-Ion cells.
Easy DIY access: Simply remove the footpad to access the lid, without the need to remove rails, bumpers, or connector covers.
Waterproofing is straightforward: Welding imperfections can be sealed using silicone/MS Polymer, etc.
The handle remains fully accessible.
Mounting holes are available for a 3D printed LED strip holder.
Improved heat dissipation for the controller:
- The box is entirely made of aluminum, allowing optimal heat transfer.
- An air cooling channel exists between the bottom of the controller box and the bumper.
Durability: The foam rubber sealing is compressed only by 50%, ensuring its elastic properties are maintained even after regular opening.
Compatibility:
- Rails: Compatible with stock, Thunderrails, Varials, WTF*, Badgerwheel rails* (*requires grinding protrusions in the rail).
- Bumpers: Compatible with stock, BANGS, Badger bumpers* (*requires removal of the ridge near the wheel).
- Footpad: Compatible with stock XR and DIY footpads.
