Shipping with certainty

Your order will be shipped ASAP!

If you order a product at Customwheel it will be shipped as soon as possible. You can receive your package yourself, the delivery person asks you to sign for receipt. Packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday. If you place an order during the weekend, the order will be processed on Monday.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us by email, with which the order can be tracked. Fortunately, we have chosen excellent partners for our shipments. What makes us unique is that we have access to a separate department within shipping departament that is dedicated to our parcels so that we can quickly answer all your questions or, in the event that there is a threat of going wrong, we can intervene very quickly. We ship with certainty. 

Gifts

At Customwheel we love parties and that includes gifts. You can also have your order sent as a gift. We will wrap the gift for you and if you want, we will also send a postcard. If you choose this option, please contact customer service to let us know that it is a gift and to leave a message on the card. The invoice will not be sent with the gift, but will be sent to you digitally.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

Returns

Reflection period

You buy a product at CustomWheel and after receipt it is not what you had hoped or expected. You are entitled to return for 14 days without giving a reason. The product must be in the same condition as you received it from us, complete with box, or any other accessories.

For the product to return, we ask you to contact our customer service first to determine the address of return

Do not forget to stamp the package sufficiently when you return it. As soon as we receive the product, we check the condition of the product and see if it is complete. Upon receipt, we will refund the amount to your payment method useed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. This does not include shipping costs.
